The client approached Outbound Architecture to transform their unused garage into a rentable studio unit.

The existing windowless, 2-car garage underwent a complete transformation to maximize its limited square footage. Collaborating closely with the client, we strategically partitioned the space to create a luxurious studio within the confines of a compact area.

The ceiling in the living room and kitchen was left exposed to further enhance the spaciousness. Despite working with a modest budget, we designed a modern, airy, and spacious studio unit.
